How we handle personal information.

This notice explains how Asian Aviation handles personal information received through website enquiries, direct email communications, supplier and client interactions, and recruitment applications. It is intended as a general transparency notice and may be supplemented by contractual or jurisdiction-specific information.

2. Information we receive

Depending on your interaction, information may include your name, contact details, organisation, role, itinerary or routing information, passenger or cargo requirements, operational documents, billing details, correspondence, CV, employment history, and other information you choose to provide.

This static website does not directly upload enquiry form data to a database. The forms prepare an email in your device’s email application. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, and request timestamps for security and service delivery.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate and coordinate requested services, communicate with clients and suppliers, prepare proposals, manage operations, meet legal and regulatory obligations, protect security, maintain records, improve services, and review employment applications.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with air carriers, airports, handlers, permit providers, logistics companies, hotels, transport providers, insurers, professional advisers, authorities, technology and hosting providers, and other parties needed to evaluate or deliver a service. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, operational records, legal obligations, dispute management, or legitimate business needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no email or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. International processing

Aviation services are international by nature. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where aircraft operators, suppliers, airports, authorities, or service providers are located. We take reasonable steps to limit sharing to what is needed for the mission.

7. Your choices and questions

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, security, or contractual reasons.
